Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website within 40 days of the purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • No visible signs of damage
  • All original packaging is intact
  • Damaged items will void the guarantee

Please note: Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.
Certain products are exempt from returns, including intimate items (e.g., undergarments), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) with the order number will be required.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. For items valued over $30, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee we will receive your returned item.

If you prefer to keep the item rather than return it, we offer a restocking fee. This will allow you to receive a partial refund without the need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take 2-3 days to process through financial institutions. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please email us at support@cloverandcove.com, and we’ll investigate further.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, a digital gift certificate will be sent to you.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@cloverandcove.com within 48 hours of delivery. If not reported within this period, we may not be able to process your claim. We use timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation for review.
