Returns Can I return my order? Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 60 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
The order always includes all the necessary parts and components, and the packaging is delivered exactly as the product itself.
The normal workmanship of the product is evident; breakage due to improper handling is excluded.
Hygiene-relevant products are thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
We are entitled to charge the customer for the shipping costs incurred.
A return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, will be officially confirmed within this time.
How do I return my order? If your order meets the conditions described above, you must follow these steps to begin the return process.

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never return the item to the sender; we will be happy to provide the exact address upon request. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
CANCELLATION CONSTRUCTION
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that he is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his professional activity:

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS Right of cancellation The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods. Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery and a refund after receipt of the goods is therefore no longer possible. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us Clover & Cove of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. by email). The cancellation is effective when we receive the goods. The buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.
Notification of transport shipments: longer transport times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can also notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation. Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The goods offered by us will be returned promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of the cancellation policy and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
